BADØ provides creator management services, which may include account management, messaging, audience growth, content strategy and related support. The specific scope of any engagement is set out in a separate agreement entered into between you and BADØ.
3. Applications
Submitting an application does not create a management relationship or guarantee acceptance. We review applications at our discretion and will contact you if we wish to proceed.
4. Fees
Where we agree to represent you, our fees are typically based on a revenue share, with no upfront cost unless otherwise agreed in writing. The exact commercial terms will be confirmed in your management agreement before any work begins.
5. Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your confidentiality and identity. Any confidentiality obligations between you and BADØ will be set out in your management agreement.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to comply with the terms and policies of any platform you use, and not to use our services for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The BADØ name, logo and site content are owned by BADØ and may not be used without permission. You retain ownership of your own content and brand.
8. Termination
Either party may end a management relationship in line with the terms of the separate management agreement. Use of this site may be suspended for misuse.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BADØ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BADØ operates. The specific governing law and courts should be confirmed with your legal adviser.
